CerberusMSP was founded to solve a problem we saw firsthand for years. Too many providers wait for things to break, go quiet when you need them most, and push products instead of building relationships.

Technology has always been more than a career for me. Over eight years, I've run IT end to end for environments with 50 or more seats: the servers, the security, the help desk, all of it. That's the senior-level attention I now bring directly to law and accounting firms, instead of spreading it across every industry that will take a contract.
I kept seeing the same pattern working with businesses of all sizes: slow responses, support that only shows up after something breaks, confusing jargon, and providers who treat clients like ticket numbers. I started CerberusMSP to fix that for a small group of firms I can actually give real attention to.
